<p>Once you have accepted the Heroic Health Quest challenge and signed up you will have immediate access to the entire course. The course is structured in a way that you will have daily lessons to complete. Total time for the lessons very but on average you will need to commit to approximately 10-15 minutes daily. The total length of the course, if done as recommended, will take 6 weeks. At the conclusion of the course, you will have the tools and skills to pursue additional challenges with the confidence and the courage that only comes from knowing the path to success.</p>
